I am alive! :) Consistent food pictures to resume tomorrow!
Have any quick, easy, COLORFUL meals??? PLEASE SHARE! :) I obviously prepare only a handful of things... which works for me, but it is nice to throw in a little variety every now and then! :)

Wed. Workout:

45 min. rotating stairs

Dinner:
2 tostadas - bake your corn tortillas at 375 -400 for about 20 or so min. -watch 'em - I just threw them in and then warmed up my beans, shredded the cheese, etc. Shown: tostada, refried beans, spinach, colby jack cheese, tomatoes, salsa. MMMMM! :)

Thurs. Workout:
Yoga

Breakfast:
10 grain cereal, 1/2C frozen mixed berries, 1/2 banana, 1/8C almonds, milk

Fri. Workout:
3 rounds of:
(15) walking push-ups
(15) supine pull-ups
(15) standing dumbbell shoulder presses w/ 15's
(20) 15lb. dumbbell swings
* * * * * * * * * *
(10) 1-leg squats -ea. leg
(24) walking lunges
(24) jumping lunges
(24) walking lunges (at angle)
(20) pop squats
(24) walking lunges -bring back leg up
(20) jumping squats
(24) walking lunges

Breakfast: (10-ish)
2 eggs, onion, broccoli, red pepper, salsa, 1 piece whole wheat toast w/ spray butter

Lunch: (actually -it was like 5pm)
Tofu taco (I remembered I had leftovers in the freezer) - 1 corn tortilla, avocado, spinach, tofu, yellow squash, zucchini, onion, red pepper, grape tomatoes. Strawberry slices & 1/4C blueberries

Dinner (7-ish)
finished off a slice of one of the boy's cheese pizza. No worries...with-in my calorie range for the day w/ room to spare.
