Well, the 'cHaLleNgE' is D O N E! :) and I am happy. It is nice to have a break!!!! (But seriously, does 12 weeks go FAST, or what?) I had been down in the greater Phx area the last few days and it feels oh so GOOD to get home and have a nice cool evening. AHHHHHHHH. Refreshing. I did not have my camera with me the last couple days -hence, no food pics. -But it has been nice to have a break from that too. :)

Jess and I stayed at the Double Tree Inn in Paradise Valley and let me just say: They have a very impressive little workout area...I mean... GYM -it was awesome!

This morning, on my way to the gym, from my room, I did:


Workout:
(20) squats
(24) walking lunges
(20) jumping lunges
(24) walking lunges (legs to an angle)
(20) pop squats
(24) walking lunges, lift back leg up
(20) jump squat
(24) walking lunges

then when I got to the gym:

3 rounds of:
(15) walking (crawling) push-ups
(12) standing dumbbell shoulder presses w/ 12's
(12) lat pull-downs @ 60lbs
(15) supine pull ups

3 rounds of:
(20) knees to chest (on dip stand)
(25) reverse sit ups
(20) hamstring curls on ball
(30) heel to floor (lay on back, knees at a 90', feet flexed)
(30 sec) superman pose
cobra stretch

*Yesterday's workout was at my sister's home gym: 30 min. on the hill setting -walking @4.3, then some ab work.
