-(20) kettlebell swings w/ 20# dumbbell
-(12) supine pull-ups
-(12) dumbbell shoulder presses (17#'s)
-(12 ea.) one-leg russian deadlift w/ (15#'s) -when you come up, keep opp. leg strait & lift up
-(12) bent over row w/ 20#
-(24) alternating bicep curls (17#'s)
-(20) jumping lunges
