Breakfast:
Lucky Charms Cereal (way to start the New Year, eh?) ...Wasn't planning on blogging it! Rest assured tomorrow will be a delightful breakfast.

Lunch:
Turkey & ham on a bed of spinach over avocado, spread on a multi-grain cracker (that tastes like an "everything bagel") I love 'everything bagels'! mmm. w/ tomatoes & blackberries. I also had an apple before this.

Snack: Some sugar-free caramel drops covered w/ chocolate

Dinner:
A bowl of red & pink beans w/ ham, garnished w/ chopped cilantro. Yummy.

Workout:
4 rounds of:
-(20) dumbbell (kettlebell) swings w/ 20lb. dumbbell
-(12 ea. side forward/back lunges w/shoulder press/bicep curls) w/ 12lb. dumbbells: lunge forward w/ right leg, holding dumbbells at side. Come back up and go right into a back lunge w/ right leg, while pressing dumbbells overhead. After 12 reps, repeat w/ the left leg, this time on the back lunge, do bicep curls w/ the dumbbells.
-(12) shoulder flyes w/ 12lb dumbbells - arms slightly bent at elbow.
-(24) "up & over lunge" on step bench.
-(60) alternating toe taps on step bench
-(20) hamstring curls w/ exercise ball
-(15) push-ups w/ feet on exercise ball
-(20) wall balls w/ 11 lb ball.
-(12) standing calf raises @120lb.
