Snack 1/2 banana

Breakfast/Lunch: 1 egg, 1 egg white, cherry tomatoes, spinach, toast w/ cream cheese

Snack: handful of raw almonds & handful of semi-sweet chocolate chips, pistachios

Dinner: Salmon fillet, baked yam, broccoli

Gonna go eat some blackberries...

Workout: THIS WAS KILLER!
5 rounds of:
-20 pull-ups
-30 push-ups
-40 sit-ups
-50 squats

Sounds easy, right? I thought my arms were gonna fall off - After the third round I wasn't too sure I'd be able to complete 2 more! :) That's a lot of reps! :) But, I finished and then did 20 min. on the arc trainer.
