Dinner: 1 shreaded beef taco from dell taco. When I got home I had some leftover tofu stir-fry & brown rice.
Workout:

-(12) dumbbell shoulder presses w/ 20#'s
-(24) alt. dumbbell bicep curs w/ 20's
-(12) ea. arm -bent over rows w/ 20#
-(12) standing overhead tricep extension w/ 20#
-(12) pull-ups
-(15) push-ups
40 min. of arc trainer -hill interval setting level 10/10.
20 min. on treadmill
-5 min. @ 7.5
-3 min. @ 7.2
-4 min. @ 7.0
-3 min. @ 7.2
-Last 5 min. increase speed .2 every min. Jump to 8.5 last min. (7.5- 8.5)
