Had a lunch meeting at Josephines - side salad and chili. (Cold day today!) It was yummy
Snack:
Graham crackers & milk
Went to the club late- not sure I want to go to the trouble to make dinner - had a banana w/ pb.
Workout:
2 rounds of: (kept running into people & chatting... this should've been 3 rounds!)
-(12) ea. side- front/back lunge combo w/ 10# dumbbells (shoulder press on the lunge back for first side, bicep curl on the lunge back other side)
-(12) ea. side pendulum swing w/ 15# dumbbells (one leg deadlift...)
-(20) wall balls w/ 6kg. ball
-(20) hamstring curls w/ exercise ball
-(15) push-ups
-(15) calf raises on 120#
-(12) ea. side bent over row, 20#
30min. on the treadmill
-6.5 first 20 min.
6.8-8.0 last 10 min.
