Let my hair down this weekend....(read: too many chips and salsa, pb cookie bar and candy corn (made a craft w/ them) Gearing up for this weekend! I'm still trying to decide how many pieces of candy is acceptable...five?? I don't know that I could only do one....the choices! Hmmm.

Workout:
Spinning, some arms, core

Breakfast: 1/2apple, 1Tbsp almond butter, 3 egg whites, red & yellow pepper, spinach, salsa. 1/4c oatmeal & cinnamon.

Lunch: 3/4c cottage cheese, cinnamon, 1 apple

Snack: 1/4c brown rice

Dinner: 1 slice ezekiel bread, 1c lima bean cabbage soup, salad- red leaf lettuce & spinach, hard boiled egg (minus most the yolk), cucumber slices, 1/2c homemade salsa.
