Spinning class
Breakfast:
3 egg whites, mushroom, onion, sweet red pepper, 1c broccoli, salsa. 1/3c cooked steel-cut oats w/ cinnamon & 1/4c blueberries
Lunch:
1/2c cottage cheese w/ cinnamon and apple sliced up.
Snack: (for the afternoon)
2 pb 'cookies', 1g soy crisps, 1c cantaloupe
Dinner:
Tilapia (YUM - great rub), green beans w/ mushroom and sliced almonds, quinoa pilaf (w/ onion, red pepper, broccoli & jalapeno....so proud -made it up) I'll post the recipe(s) & pics when I get more than 5 min!
