Breakfast:
3 egg whites, onion, sweet red pepper, 1c broccoli, 1/4c oatmeal w/ cinnamon
Snack:
1/4 whole wheat waffle
Lunch:
Some leftovers from last night (1/2c). 1/2c cottage cheese, cinnamon, 10 almonds, 1 small apple (slices)
Dinner:
1/2c leftovers. Open-faced egg salad sandwich (1/2c) on red lettuce over slice of ezekiel toast.
2 pb 'cookies' - I will post recipe!
3c popcorn. (popped on stove)
(estimating today was @1500 calories)
