I LOVED this...its right up our alley of how we eat...i buy almost nothing processed and everything we eat is fruit, vegs, nuts, seeds, legumes, beans...etc etc...

we rarely eat meat, bcz frankly we just cant afford it, but when we do its ALWAYS organic and grass fed...same with our eggs...

i am excited to see other info from Sean Croxton...thanks for sharing!

apparently he doesnt do legumes, lentil, beans, etc...i guess our eating isnt exactly the same...HA

thats how we get our protein around here instead of thru meat...hmmmm

Yes - Anissa - legumes are out as well as grains... I haven't been eating legumes- but with that said - everyone tolerates things differently- I think its a matter of experimentation for each individual. I've been trying more red meat- but my body is not a fan.
