1 egg, 1 egg white, red&green peppers, 1/2C mushrooms, 1C Spinach, 3 grape tomatoes, pico, 1/2 grapefruit.

Snack:
The 'mix' I was talking about earlier -1/4C w/ 10 almonds. Then I had a graham cracker. (Fry's brand)

Lunch: (this was pretty late -around 3:30 or so)
Chicken tacos -(2) yellow corn tortillas, 1/4 avocado, 1.5C spinach, 1/4 yellow pepper, 1/2C chicken breast, 2-3 grape tomatoes, fresh lime juice, 1C sugar snap peas.

Then around 5:00 I had 1/4C pistachios and another graham cracker... kinda a snack-y day.
Dinner: (I just felt like something light & easy & yummy - probably from all my snacking.)
1/2C plain yogurt, 1/4C bear naked fruit & nut granola, 1/4C blueberries, 6 almonds (way too many nuts today, hello!)

Wondering what my caloric intake for the day was... I've been getting lazy keeping track. But I'll have to figure out todays.
Workout:
40 min. stairmaster
then
went through some Circuit Machines twice:
- 'step' -(24) -alternating legs, set at 30lbs.
-'squat' -(12), set at 100lb
-'quadricep' -(12) ea. leg, set at 22lb
-'hamstring' -(12) ea. leg, set at 22lb
-'calves' -(20), set at 180lb, then 200lb.
-'abdominal' -(30), set at 30lb, then 50lb.
It was kinda fun to mix it up a bit.
