Breakfast:
1/2C rolled oats, salt & cinnamon. Topped w/ 1/4C blueberries, 2 large strawberries, 6 almonds. 1/2C 1% milk

Lunch:
2 yellow corn tortillas, 1/4 avocado, 1/2C chicken breast, 1C spinach, yellow peppers, homemade salsa, (the best)
fresh lime juice. 1C sugar snap peas, 1 apple. deeeeeeeeeee-lish.

Dinner:
1/2 chicken breast -(cooked in a pan w/ olive oil & water, garlic salt, lemon juice, and fresh ground pepper)
Steamed asparagus & carrots -topped w/ garlic salt, and salsa just because. The edamame Brock
made and put on my plate...This bag has tasted a little fish-y...??? Wha? Dunno if it's me or them.

Dessert:
1/2C vanilla yogurt, 1/4C blueberries, 2 strawberries. hit the spot. Except I actually prefer the tartness of plain yogurt w/ the fruit (but I was out).

Workout:

Spinning Class. I love Mondays because of this. My legs were pretty sore after the class. yesssssss.
