Oatmeal, (w/ a dash of cinnamon & salt), 1/3C blueberries, 3 strawberries, 1/4C fat free milk.

Lunch:
Veggie soup, crisp bread, 1 pear

Dinner:
I went out to dinner w/ a friend and took a picture from my camera phone -I still need to figure out how to upload it.
It was a thai dish - chicken, broccoli, snow peas, bamboo shoots (?) and brown rice. Loving brown rice -it's so 'hearty'/hardy.
Workout:
20 min. on the treadmill:
I did sprints every 5 min....same speeds.
The last five min.: 10.0, 6.0, 6.5, 7.0, 10.0.
YOGA.
It was a really good class - I am getting stronger and able to do the 'advanced option' on several of the poses now. It feels good. I think I'm going to try to do a Bikram Yoga session on Saturdays w/ a friend... we'll see - if I have a babysitter.

okay the sandwich looks FAB!! except that i dont like avacado:( i mean i can eat it like in guacamole but it has to be with a bunch of other flavors so i cant really taste it too much...any suggestions on something else i could use besides the avacado?
You know what - I don't really notice the avocado -but then again - I like it....
You could try plain yogurt instead - or a light mayo.
