So, I am about 1/2 way through my little experiment...(which was seeing what my body could do by my b-day in April) This first picture is my starting point -The last week in December. The next picture was after the 3rd week, and the next was in the 5th or sixth week.

The 7th, 8th, and start of the 9th week (which I'm in right now).


I think a huge help has been doing this "challenge". I was talking with my 8mo. pregnant sister, who is also doing it (and looking and feeling awesome) and we were feeling so grateful for it -and that it has really felt like a change in lifestyle rather than a "healthy spurt"...and we've both had plenty of those! There are several things that I want to keep up after the challenge ends in another 5 weeks...(actually I want to keep up all of them!) But mostly drinking at least 48oz. of water a day and not eating after dinner/8pm... I hadn't realized it before, but that was my time to really eat for no reason. Also, for the most part stay away from sweets. It's nice to have a "free day" a week -but I think I would go crazy if I allowed myself something everyday...I don't know yet.

sara you are my hero!! you look fabulous and i'm glad your feeling so wonderful about yourself!!! i can't wait to get my "other" body back after having this little munchkin!!!

Speaking of hot mamas - look at you missy! I like that it's a lifestyle change and not just another diet like you said. I am going to try the water drinking and not eating after 8. Maybe I'll take on the no sweets next. That might kill me. Really, hot mama!!!!!!
