Breakfast:
Shreaded Wheat cereal, 1/2 banana, blueberries, 1/2C 2% milk

Lunch:
Veggie Sandwich: 1/4 avocado, spinach, cucumber, tomato, onion, fresh lime juice, s&p on whole wheat bread. orange and sugar snap peas.

Dinner: Repeat of last night -so good. And it's 1 TBSP of chili powder...not two! :) Served w/
1/2C brown rice and blueberries.
