Breakfast:
Oatmeal w/ 1/2 banana, 2 strawberries, some raisins, 1/4C 1% milk

Lunch:
Bed of spinach, sugar snap peas, cucumber, sweet red pepper, chicken breast, fresh lime, balsamic vinaigrette. The last of the Spaghetti squash, Blackberries.

Dinner:
Veggie soup, corn bread, 1/2C plain yogurt w/ strawberries, blueberries and a few blackberries. I actually didn't end up eating the sugar snap peas.

Workout:

Spinning Class

Weights:

-(12) pull-ups (set at 40)
-(12) dumbbell shoulder press, 15lb. ea. hand
-(24) alternating dumbbell bicep curls, 20lb. ea. hand
-(12) incline dumbbell chest press (?), 20 lb. ea. hand
-(12) tricep press (?) -holding 20lb w/ both hands above head, lower weight behind head, bending at elbows. Push weight back above head.
REPEAT 3 TIMES
