Breakfast:
10 Grain Hot Cereal, w/ cinnamon, banana, strawberries... you can see it totally overflowed . :)

Here's what the package looks like:

Lunch:
taco/burrito things... sauteed onion, mushroom, wilted spinach w/ brown rice & lentils, red cabbage, grape tomatoes & homemade salsa in whole grain tortillas. Apple.

Dinner:
Protein shake -Water, milk, ice, protein powder, 2 strawberries, frozen apricots, 1/2 banana. Hit the spot. -I had snacked on graham crackers so was feeling like something light.

Workout:

Spinning Class. It had been awhile since I was able to go to a Friday spin class w/ this certain instructor. h o l y c r a p o l y.

Weights:
REPEAT 3X
-(12-15) 20lbs. Can't remember what these are called -shoot. 1 knee, 1 hand is on bench, torso is parallel to the floor. Opposite arm/hand is hanging down w/ the dumbbell - pull the dumbbell up...
-(10-12) dumbbell bicep curls, 20lbs
-(12) dumbbell tricep extension (?) I'm making things up - holding 1 dumbbell in both hands raise it above the head, bend at elbows, repeat.
-(12-15) dumbbell shoulder flies, 10lbs ea.
-(12-15) dumbbell bench press w/ 20's (lb) -on medicine ball
-(15-20) calf machine, 240lb
-(10) calf raises -ea. calf, (20) together
* * * * * * * * *
-(8) sets 25 crunches/sit-ups...

I love this 10-grain cereal. I'll eat this for a little while, then I'll switch to Bob's steel-cut oats. YUMMO!
