Steel cut oats, cinnamon, salt, strawberries, banana, raw almonds, milk

Lunch:
Sauteed mushroom, onion, spinach w/ melted string cheese & tomatoes on toasted honey whole wheat. (Got from cuisine nie) Apple.

Dinner:
Open faced turkey burger. Start w/ bread. Add ketchup & mustard, bed of spinach, turkey burger, homemade salsa and tomatoes on top. Very tasty. And 30g of protein! Served w/ cantaloupe.

Workout:
-Yoga class
-20 min. on treadmill - hill setting, level 12, 6.5 speed = great workout in 20 min.!
