Breakfast:
1/2 C (cooked) steel cut oats (did it on the stove top... much better than microwave), cinnamon, strawberries, 1/2 banana, raisins, milk.

Lunch: (wow, this was so good)
Thai Tofu Tacos: I cut up the extra firm tofu into small chunks and drizzled yoshida's original sauce and the thai peanut sauce over it and let it set in the pan as I prepped my other veggies. Then I cooked the tofu and then added 1/2C (already cooked) brown rice & lentils. Take corn tortillas, add spinach (1C), tofu mixture, red cabbage, onion, cherry tomatoes.

Dinner:
I c e C r e a m. The boys had been asking for a couple days to go out for ice cream -So we planned it for tonight -after Dad got home. The boys had a 3rd lunch around 4pm (I had a late lunch around 3pm) -so after Dad ate some dinner, we headed for some ice cream! It was a fun treat. The boys shared one and Jess and I shared this one.

Snacks: honey wheat pretzels, pop corn, apple, raw almonds

Workout:
- 45 min. on treadmill, hill setting level 8 speed 6.5 - so the incline ranged from 0.0 -6.4 -With 10 min. left, I put the speed to 7.0. The last 5 min I raised the speed every min .2 (I wanted to hit 5 miles) -got there w/ 5 secs to spare. :)
-30 min. on rotating stairs
