
Lunch:
I had to go to Jerome, which took most the day, so while on the road I had some honey whole wheat pretzel braids, an apple, protein powder & water, peanuts. When I got home late in the afternoon I had this, White Turkey Chili.

Dinner:
Tofu Tacos- Warm corn tortillas, 1/4 avocado, spinach, tofu, onion, mushroom, yellow squash, topped w/ sweet red peppers.

Workout:
I tried to catch an evening spin class, but when I got there it was already packed. Bummer!
-30 min. treadmill. Hill setting, level 12 (incline 3.0-9.2) speed 6.5. -Last five min. kept bumping up speed till I hit 9.0.
-30 min. rotating stairs, level 12
