3 egg whites, scrambled w/ sauted onion, mushroom, mexican squash, sweet peppers, tomatoes. 1/2 grapefruit.

Lunch:
Bed of spinach, sugar snap peas, cucumber, chicken salad, tomato, apple, string cheese.
(I am confused, because I must not have taken a pic of my salad yesterday....? so this is one from the archives...didn't have the crispbread though.)

Dinner:
Protein shake: water, 1 scoop whey protein, 1 banana, 2 strawberries, handful of blueberries, ice. YUM. (had to run out the door, so I didn't get a pic)
I had the MUNCHIES today - I must of had 20 pretzel sticks and 3 handfuls of wheat thins... :I hmmmm.
Workout:
45 min. rotating stairs
2x through a Circuit:
-legs- (the machine where you have to squeeze your legs together -and than the one where you push your legs apart) -20 reps on ea. at 80 & 90lbs.
-12 squats on 120
-quad machine- 12 at 60lb
-hamstring machine, 12 at 70lb
-calf machine - 20 at 220lbs.
