Whole Wheat pancakes w/ strawberries and whipped heavy creme (that I added splenda to)

Lunch:
Cucumber, tomato, spinach sandwhich w/ avocado on whole wheat. Sugar snap peas, watermelon.

Dinner:
Chicken fajitas (again!) w/ brown rice and cutie orange.

Workout:
-30 min. on treadmill. I am really liking the 'hill' setting. Level 12, speed 6.2. 30 min. was pretty tough for me.
-30 min. on the elliptical trainer.
