Breakfast:
3 egg whites, broccoli, zucchini, sweet red pepper, onion.

Snack:
Protein Shake: 1C water, 1 scoop protein powder, 3 strawberries, spoonful of o.j. concentrate, 1/4C frozen blueberries, handful of spinach.

Lunch:
Leftover stirfry from the night before. and Watermelon

Dinner:
Chicken Fajitas w/ brown rice & lentils, strawberries & frozen blueberries.

Workout:
Repeat 4x:
-(20) kettlebell swings (w/ 20lb. dumbbell)
-(15) push-ups
-(12) pull-ups

Repeat 4x:
-(10-12) dumbbell shoulder presses w/ 20lbs (then I switched to 17's)
-(12) dumbbell bicep curls -ea. arm w/ 20's then 17's
-(12) tricep extensions (above/behind head) w/ 20lb. dumbbell

9 sets of 25 variety of sit-ups/crunches
