Breakfast: (of champions)
1 egg, 1 egg white, onion, mexican squash, red pepper. 1/2 grapefruit

Lunch:
Piece of leftover homemade pizza - then the bag got tossed out because I was the only one eating 1 piece a day and it was going to go bad...I guess I could have frozen it.

Dinner:
Tilapia fillet - salt 'n pepper it, cook in olive oil w/ lemon wedges (after you squeeze the juice on it) Then when it was just about done cooking, I poured some Yoshida's original sauce on it. Steamed broccoli, carrots & cauliflower. 1/2 baked yam. (I've always called it a sweet potato, but it's really a yam.)

Then around 7:45 I had a protein shake. -water, 1TBSP of orange juice concentrate, a few ice cubes, protein powder. This was soooooooo yummy. Think orange julius. (sp?)

Workout:
-for something this 'short' timewise -it's a great workout!

(15) burpees. Start standing, squat down, jump to plank position, push-up, jump back to squat position and then jump up w/ hands in the air. Repeat. (not even kidding - KILLER!)

REPEAT:
(24) walking lunges w/ medicine ball
(24) jumping lunges

(15) burpees

REPEAT:
(12) squat press w/ 45lb bar - holding bar at chest level, squat. When coming up, press bar above head.
(24) step-ups. Platform knee height, weight set on 40lbs.

(15) burpees
