TUESDAY:
Breakfast:
Oatmeal w/ 1/2 banana, strawberries, almonds, milk
Snack: Protein Shake w/ a little (2 tsp) peanut butter
Lunch: Piece of leftover pizza from the other night
Dinner:
Bed of spinach, broccoli, sugar snap peas, red & yellow pepper, cucumber, chicken breast, avocado, raisins, lime juice & vinaigrette, salt & pepper. Apple Slices
Workout:
YOGA class
20 min. on arc trainer

TODAY
Breakfast:
Steel Cut Oats (YUMMY) w/ the usual -1/2 banana, strawberries, raisins & raw almonds
Lunch:
was snacky things - apple slices, peanuts, some easter candy -ok- lots of easter candy. Hence the challange! :)
Dinner:
Was up at the church - fundraiser for the girls going to camp. I had a big green salad w/ carrots, tomatoes, sugar snap peas & celery, hamburger patty w/ ketchup.
Then I had a protein shake when I got home w/ strawberries, 1/2 banana & spinach.
Workout:
35 min. of arc trainer (like the elliptical)
30 min. of rotating stairs
