Breakfast:
1/2C cottage cheese, 1/2 banana, 3 strawberries, 1/4C blueberries, 10 almonds. mmm

Protein shake
blueberries, strawberries, spinach, oj concentrate, water

Lunch:
Leftovers - Tofu stir fry

Dinner:
We went to a wedding this afternoon. Dinner was served: Chicken Marsala, steamed vegetables (you name it, they were in there!), and a mixed greens salad w/ vinaigrette dressing, dinner roll. It was really yummy.

When we got home I was still hungry (?) so I had some pistachios and made a protein shake - water, protein powder, 2 tsp. dark cocoa powder, banana, 1/2 tbsp peanut butter. Yummy.

Workout: K I L L E R

4X 800's on treadmill at 9.0
In between, I rested/walked .10mile, .15mile, & .25mile
I was t i r e d.

50 reps of each: (I broke it down to 2 rounds of 25 each)

-pull-ups
-push-ups
-sit-ups
-squats
-box jumps
-standing calf raise, set at 100lb.

Then I did (25) reverse crunches, (25) regular crunches and (3) sets of 25 leg lifts on each leg.(3 dif. exercises)

What is the base for your chicken salad? Yogurt, Mayo? I bet you are lookin great. I need to get my butt in gear!

Hey Paige! Fat free mayo - but ya know what, next time I'm gonna try yogurt! I usually add 1-2 celery stalks, 1/2 apple, & 1/2 onion to it too. I love the crunch.
