2 shreaded wheat biscuits, banana, strawberries, milk

Lunch:
Protein shake - water, protein powder, spinach, blueberries, strawberries, oj concentrate
Snack: handful of almonds, carrots
Dinner:
Leftovers from lunch the other day -Thai dish (from Mountain Oasis) on a bed of spinach.

Workout:
Bec and I went on a jog/hike from my house this morning-just over 4 miles. Loved it!
