2 Shreaded Wheat Biscuits, banana, blackberries, milk

Lunch:
Protein shake: 1C water, 1 scoop vanilla powder, handful of spinach, strawberries, blueberries, banana

Dinner:
A friend heard I was sick and brought dinner. (Not too sick to make dinner!) But she is an ooooooooooooooooooooober nice person...and sometimes it's just easier to say 'alright' than: no. no, really. Seriously, I'm good! (know what I mean?)
Some sort of yummy chicken caserole & rice, steamed veggies, watermelon.

Workout:
45 min. on treadmill 4.0, 6.0 incline. I was POOOOOOOOOOOPED!! Probably should've rested instead, but didn't want to loose a point.... (retarded, I know.)
