Breakfast:
3 egg whites w/ the veggies from last night

Lunch:
Went to lunch at Mountain Oasis - split the Thai dish & the blackened salmon salad. Both superb!!

Snacks: apple chunks

Dinner:
2 chicken tenders, green beans, mushroom, onion, yellow squash, corn. Cottage cheese, blueberries & strawberries.

Workout:
30 min. treadmill -hill setting 11, speed 6.5.

Repeat 3 times:
(20) wall balls -w/ 10lb ball
(20) jumping lunges
(20) kettelbell swings w/ 20lb. dumbbell
(15) push ups
(25) reverse sit-ups -start sitting up, lower upper torso s l o w l y back, arms out in front of you, come back up.
