Still not feeling up to par... have the whole sore throat, no voice, achy body, headache thing that gets progressively worse throughout the day. I got a fabulous TEN hours of sleep last night -woke up feeling pretty darn good, but now can barely swallow... I'm surprised I've been able to get so much water down me these last few days... workouts have been super mellow -but that's all I have energy for. My family is going fishing tomorrow (actually just got postponed until Thursday) -wasn't going to go but now, maybe *hopefully* I'll be feeling well enough to go!!!!

Breakfast:
Protein shake -just protein & water, and some crackers.

Lunch: (Salad for two)
Had a park date -we were going to pick up salads but then I thought -why the heck would I go buy a salad when I have everything in my fridge that needs to be used up??
Spinach, broccoli, carrots, cucumber, tomatoes, avocado, grilled chicken, 1 fresh sqeezed lime, apples...

THEN, I added some cottage cheese, almonds and blackberries....

Dinner:
The boys wanted eggs. Didn't sound bad.... 2 over medium, w/ whole wheat toast and sugar free grape jelly (NOT my favorite) 1/4 avocado, CHERRIES. I l o v e cherries.

Workout:
A friend took Brock and Wyatt this morning (I am surrounded by goodness) while Bodie was in school and I took a brisk walk... went to a neighborhood 'hidden' park, hung on the monkey bars and did (10) knees to elbows (just like it sounds) and walked back....
