Breakfast:
Steel Cut Oats, strawberries, banana, blueberries, almonds, milk

Snack: Protein shake - water, protein powder, strawberries, blueberries, banana, spinach (my little guy w/ it all over his face!) :)

Lunch: (packed it and took it to the club- ate it at the pool after my workout)
Bed of Spinach, sugar snap peas, broccoli, carrots, mini sweet peppers, (rotisserie) chicken breast, lime, s.f. raspberry vinaigrette, blackberries, cherries.

Dinner:
Tofu Stir-fry w/ brown rice & lentils. Tofu, mushrooms, onion, zucchini, yellow squash, broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, red pepper, spinach cooked in yoshidas original sauce, 2 cloves of garlic, spoonful of peanut butter, a little curry, water. SOOOOOOOOOO YUMMY! - Spoonful of cottage cheese, blueberries, strawberries, blackberries. (Thinking I had waaaaaaaaaaaaay too much fruit today...)
