3 egg whites w/ yellow & red peppers, mushroom, broccoli

Snack:
honey wheat pretzel twists, 1/2 banana
Lunch: (late - 3ish)
1/2C cottage cheese, 2 strawberries, blackberries, 8 blackberries, 10 almonds

Dinner:
Protein shake: 1.5 C water, 1.5C spinach, 1/2C frozen blueberries, 1/2C sliced, frozen strawberries, 1/2 banana, 1 scoop whey protein powder

Workout:
-45 min. rotating stairs
-30 min. elliptical trainer

Loved the shake! Thanks for the info for making it. Tryed the cocoa,banana, pb one too and wow was it yummy!
