Deli meat (turkey & ham), slice of white american, avocado on wasa multi-grain crispbread

Bodie's dinner:
'avocado' sandwich -(same as above -just on whole wheat) - this is his FAVORITE sandwich - he had 3 of these today (!)

Dinner (me & Brock)
Protein shake: Water, spinach, frozen: strawberries, blueberries, banana. Add protein powder once everything is mixed. Mmmmmmmmmmmmm. :)


Workout:
20 min. rotating stairs, fat-burn setting, level 12
-(24) walking lunges w/ 15lb. weight ea. hand (all walking lunges are w/ weights)
-(24) jumping lunges
-(24) walking lunges -at an angle
-(24) pop squats
-(24) walking lunges -lift back leg as you come up
-(24) jump squats (oweeeee)
-(24) walking lunges -regular
-(24) one heal up squat -12 each. leg
-(3) 1 min. of roman deadlift (@25) -1 min. rest in-between
-(15) calf raises (3 sets)
-15 push-ups
(5) sets of 25 -abs
