Steel Cut Oats, cinnamon, banana, strawberries, blueberries, almonds, milk

Lunch:
Protein shake - water, spinach, 2 tsp. cocoa powder, banana, spoonful of peanut butter, ice. I also had some [TJ] rice crackers

Dinner:
Leftover tofu stir fry w/ sugar snap peas, cherries.

Workout: (wow my legs were sore from yesterday)
-30 min. on the arc trainer
-(12) dumbbell bench press w/ 20's -back on exercise ball
Repeat 3x:
(12) tricep overhead extensions -w/ 20lb. dumbbell
(12) seated row -65lb.
(12) pull-ups
stretched out my legs and used the foam roller.
