Oatmeal, cinnamon, 1/2 banana, strawberries, blackberries, almonds, milk

Lunch:
Chicken Fajitas, sugar snap peas, cherries. Saute' onion, red, yellow & orange pepper (whatever you have) in a little (2 tsp) olive oil, chili powder (+/- 2 TBSP) & a couple shakes of red pepper. Squeeze 1/2-1 lime over all of it, add chicken (mine was leftover from a rotisserie chicken -but usually if it isn't cooked, I'll cook it first in my pan w/ the same spices and add the peppers & onion and some more spices) I warm my corn tortillas, spread 1/4 avocado over them & then add the good stuff! :)

Dinner: (on the run, so:)
Protein shake: -Water, pro. pow., spinach, strawberries, blueberries, banana.
Workout:
-Spinning Class!
