Steel-Cut Oats, cinnamon, 1/2 banana, strawberries, blueberries, milk

Lunch:
Peanut Butter & Jelly on whole wheat.
Dinner:
Tofu Taco: 1 corn tortilla, spread avocado, handful of spinach, & top w/ tofu mixture: tofu, red onion, zucchini, red & yellow pepper cooked in yoshidas w/ a clove of minced garlic. CHERRIES. :)

Dinner was early, so around 7, I made a protein shake (protein powder, water, blueberries, strawberries, 1/2 banana)
Workout:
-45 min. rotating stairs
3 rounds of:
-(12) incline dumbbell chest press w/ 17's
-(10-12) dumbbell shoulder press w/ 17's
(for whatever reason, this totally burnt my arms out)
Then I did some abs....
