Breakfast:
Whole Wheat Blueberry Pancakes - Ya - I had FIVE of these babies. I couldn't stop myself! So I had to walk away....

Lunch:
Met some Ladies at Quiznos - Had the Chicken Chop salad w/ tomatoes, onion, cheddar cheese & balsamic vinaigrette + an apple afterwards.

Afternoon Snack:
Water, protein powder, spinach, blueberries, strawberries.

Dinner:
Tofu taco (leftovers from yesterday), peach & frozen blueberries

Workout:
-30 min. treadmill - hill setting, level 12 @ 6.5

3 rounds of:
-(12) pull-ups
-(12) dumbbell bicep curls -15's
-(15) roman deadlift
-(15) standing calf raises - 80lbs.
