Breakfast:
4 blueberry-banana whole wheat pancakes w/ frozen strawberries & fresh blueberries a top whipped cream.

Leftover tofu-veggie stir fry

Dinner:
Bed of spinach (love it in the garden!), pinto beans & shredded pork, cucumber, carrots, tomato & cilantro, salt&pepper. YUM.
