Steel-cut oats, cinnamon, strawberries, blueberries, almonds, milk

Dinner:
Stir-fry. Broccoli, carrots, yellow squash, red peppers, onion & grilled chicken cooked in teriyaki, minced garlic & fresh squeezed lime. (tastes like yc's mongolian bbq) Cantaloupe & blueberries.

Workout:
-30 min. treamill, 6.5 -8.0
-30 min. rotating stairs
