1 egg, 2 egg whites, mushrooms, broccoli, onion, red pepper. Cantaloupe, toast w/ spray butter. This bread is 'Nature's Own double fiber wheat' and only has 50 cal. per slice!

Snack: Apple slices
Lunch... I took the boys to the mall and we got candy out of the candy machines as we were walking around.... so that curbed my appetite...
Dinner:
Teriyaki Garlic Tofu Veggie stir-fry (broccoli, zucchini, yellow squash, onion, red pepper, carrots) Cantaloupe, blueberries & strawberries w/ vanilla yogurt.

Workout:
Got up early and did a 4+ mile run in the woods. It had rained last night = beautiful.
Then after the boys were up I did this in the backyard:
3 rounds of:
-(15) standing dumbbell shoulder presses w/ 15's
-(15) walking push-ups
* * * * * * *
-(24) walking lunges (all walking lunges w/ 15# dumbbells)
-(20) squats w/ 15's#
-(24) angled walking lunges
-(24) jumping lunges
-(24) walking lunges, lift up back leg
-(20) pop squats
-(24) walking lunges
-(20) jump squats
