Breakfast:
Blueberry muffin from Sam's Club (we took them for post soccer game snack). These babies are 611 calories a pop!!!! EEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEK! (I had one, but probably more like (4) 'regular' homemade muffins! I know better)

Lunch:
Sauted onion, mushrooms, yellow squash, spinach & red pepper on whole wheat. Cherries.

Dinner:
2 baked corn tortillas w/ 'pico' -(1/2 C mashed kidney beans, chopped red onion, 1/4 C corn, cherry tomatoes, cilantro, lime juice) 1/4C cottage cheese w/ blueberries.

Workout:
I wouldn't call this a 'workout'.... but exercise today was a 5mi. bike ride w/ my kiddos. (pulling 2 of the 3 in a cart) -We made 4 different pit stops: the train, firestation, the dips & the ditch pool park and played good at each of them. Alright. Maybe that was a Workout! :) It was fun and took us a good 2 hrs!
