Breakfast:
2 corn tortillas, 1 egg, 2 egg whites, onion, broccoli, zucchini, yellow squash, tomatoes, 1/4 avocado

Lunch:
Protein shake: water, spinach, blueberries, strawberries, 1/2 banana, oj concentrate, protein powder.
Snack: cantaloupe, almonds, 3 whole wheat fig bars
Dinner:
Jess & I went downtown. He was in the mood for a good burger, so we hit up Flag Brew. It was a beautiful evening and we sat on the patio. I got the Greek Salad w/ grilled chicken breast. Mmmm. Thought of snapping a pic w/ my phone - but it was pretty dark!
Workout:
Went on a 2 hr. hike/trail run on Mt. Elden w/ my Neighbor... It was a 'misty' overcast morning -PERFECT for what we were doing. And we were home by 9am. LOVE it.
