Breakfast:
French Toast (I'm deferring to an old photo), I had mine plain this time. Although seeing this - wish I would've put fruit on it! :)
Lunch:
Whole Wheat Pesto Veggie Pizza, Bed of Spinach w/ tomatoes, carrots, sugar snap peas, onion & balsamic vinaigrette. Blueberries.
Workout:
-30 min. on rotating stairs. level 12
-30 min. arc trainer, hill interval, level 8
