Food:
-1/2 grapefruit, turkey kielbasa, chips and salsa (um, I had a TON), 2 ice cream bars (no sugar added).
Workout:
-ski 3 runs (w/ 24" powder) (remind me NOT to do this after a day of spin class)
-4 hours of shoveling (AT LEAST) Now that is a workout! -Arms, abs, legs - not so great for my back!
