Breakfast:
1/2c oatmeal, cinnamon, 1/4c blueberries

Workout:
Spinning class, strength workout (got through 3/4 of it before I had to go)

Snack:
1/2c cottage cheese

Lunch:
Butternut Squash Salad at Wild Flower Bread Co. (yummy)

Snack:
1/2c greek yogurt, small banana, cinnamon, 1Tbsp pumpkin & sunflower seeds

Dinner:
2c Spiced Sweet Potato Risotto w/ Chicken & Kale (YUM)


Dessert: apple and pear slices w/ 1Tbsp goat cheese

NO CANDY today! Feeling goooooooood. Glad I decided to 'pass'.
