Breakfast:
3 eggwhites, 1c broccoli, 2 mushrooms, 2slices of onion, 1/4 sweet red pepper, 1/4 avocado. 1/4c oatmeal w/ cinnamon. MMM.

Lunch:
1c Lima bean cabbage soup + 1c chopped spinach. 1/2c cottage cheese, small apple. Mini box of raisins

Snack: (this is embarrassing. but i am being honest)
Popped some popcorn on the stove. Had 5 cups. (2 Tbsp kernels) That sounds like sooo much!? I enjoyed it- especially since it's not 'heavy' in my tummy.

Dinner: open egg salad sand. (3 hard-boiled egg whites, 1/2 yolk, mustard on slice of ezekiel bread). 1 small banana + 1/2Tbsp peanut butter

Making a plan for the weekend and going to STICK TO IT! (why? b/c I really dislike the self-loathing and feeling CRAPPY. And, mostly, I've been working really hard.) So here's my plan. Allowing myself 2 pieces of (fun size) candy a day. (for a total of six). Believe me, I've done the no-restraint thing too many times. Doesn't work for me. Wyatt came up and asked me to try a candy and I said no-thanks, and then a bit later he came back w/ another one and I took a tiny bite and he asked me, Love it? :) he's a cute kid. That happened three times- I'm counting that as 1 piece. Later I had a fun size snickers. Hmm. Surprisingly not all that. We'll see what I do tomorrow. . .

Is there a candy you just CAN NOT resist???
