Breakfast:
3 egg whites, onion, sweet red pepper, spinach. Topped w/ salsa. 1/4c oatmeal w/ cinn. and 1/4c blueberries

Workout:
New Strength Workout. It kicked my butt. You know it's a good one when you keep dreading the next exercise.

Lunch:
Bed of spinach, 3 oz chicken breast, 1 apple cut in chunks, 1/4c cottage cheese, 1tsp s.f. vinaigrette, pepper.


Snack:
1/4 c oatmeal; mini box of raisins; 12 almonds; 1/2 Tbsp PB & 1/4 banana (throughout the afternoon)

Dinner:
5 Crispy Chicken bites. w/ 2tsp. honey mustard.

Water- so far 50+oz.

Went to a shower tonight. Had grapes, strawberries, pineapple, broccoli & carrots.

Probably will make myself a protein shake (protein + water) before bed. over out.
