Workout:
Spinning
Breakfast:
3 egg whites, 1/2 sweet red pepper, 2 mushrooms, 1.5c spinach, chopped. Topped w/ 1/4c homemade salsa & 1/4 avocado. 1/4c oatmeal w/ cinnamon, 1/4c blueberries.
Lunch:
1c Lima Bean Cabbage Soup + 1.5c spinach, chopped + 2 oz of chicken breast.
Snack:
1/2c cottage cheese, cinnamon, small apple, 10 almonds.
Dinner:
Quesadilla: refried beans (1/8c), chicken (1/8c), 1/8 avocado, 1/8c cheese.
Went to halloween party. Had some cherry hot cocoa. I think the sugar level was HIGH. Feeling it!
