I made cookies today for Jess to deliver to a young man who hurt himself pretty bad in an accident. (That was my excuse anyway -"The poor kid needs some cookies.") Although I know full well that underlining my estimable motive was one of self indulgence. Whenever I make cookies I eat lots of dough and drink LOTS of water to wash it all down... so much so that the last 2 times I didn't even bother to bake 'em - just popped the container of dough into the freezer to munch on whenever. Anyway.
